Now onto today’s post. I have an addiction. This addiction has followed me from country to country, from job to job and from life stage to life stage. I’m here to admit that I’m addicted to coffee. Yes it’s true. Latte, black, expresso, mochaccino, I don’t care just pour it in my mug – I’m not exclusive.
In terms of brands, I’m not picky but I won’t accept creamer, instant, and definitely no weak water pretending to be coffee. Starbucks coffee is definitely one of my favorites when it comes to grabbing a coffee when I’m on the go. It’s consistent and I always know what I’m getting – no surprises. Most recently I was at a Starbucks and while I was standing in line waiting for my skinny vanilla latte (grande of course), I was mesmerized by the gorgeous mugs staring at me practically screaming “buy me, buy me”.
This season Starbucks has lunched the Starbucks Dot Collection, over 90 mugs, tumblers and cups designed by 12 artists who used the green dot as inspiration (hence the dot collection).
If you’re looking for that perfect gift for someone that you just don’t know what to get, look no further. These mugs are stunning and fit every style, from modern, to edgy, to girly and all for $25 CND or under.
So why is a nail artist talking about her crazy addiction to coffee (and perhaps shopping)? Well, though I was scrounging to think of who I wanted to purchase one (or more) of these Starbucks Dot Collection mugs for, I thought to myself – in order to ensure these were the “gift-worthy”, I had better test one out first.
So I did. And then, as any insane nail art obsessed beauty blogger would do – I polished the cup design on my fingers.
Triple benefits of buying a Starbucks Dot Collection Mug:
1. Satisfies your shopping craving
2. Keeps your coffee hot while out and about in a stylish way
3. Nail Art Inspiration
I think this was $25 well spent, don’t you?
Until next time,
