After the launch of International Nail Artist Tuesday this week with Lacquerstyle’s incredible work (see HERE if you missed it), today I bring to you the second incredibly talented, inspirational and absolutely gorgeous (inside and out) Marta from Chit Chat Nails.
I know it’s not tuesday yet, but since it’s launch week, I’m showcasing two nail artist experts this week. The best part? They’re all Canadian! Canadian nail art experts will be featured here for the following Tuesdays in December so stay tuned and subscribe so you don’t miss out.
Thanks Marta for joining Nail That Accent today! Over to you.
My name is Marta and I run a Canadian based nail art blog called Chit Chat Nails. I am honoured to do a guest post for Lindsay and I hope you like what I have put together. As a guideline for the guest post, Lindsay asked that I create a manicure around my ‘favourite’ polish or nail art technique.
I have to tell you that one of my favourite brands on the entire universe is piCture pOlish; their range of colors are ultra trendy and fashion-forward and their colors lasts for a LONG time AND the formula is always a dream. I thought it was thus appropriate to work piCture pOlish Dream into the look. I paired it with Essie Chinchilly (another one of my staple shades). The ring finger is a Fingrs water nail-tattoo. I pounced on these when they were available at my local Walmart – they sold like hotcakes and have yet to return (but I have my eye peeled for them, as they are sooo fun to work with). I mattified the nail tattoo with OPI Matte Topcoat (my go to matte topper) and added two lose glitter bits in magenta.
I hope you like this Skittlette look 😀
Thank you kindly for having me guest post, and I wish all of you a very happy holiday season 😀
Thanks Marta! Your look is stunning and I love the idea of water tattoos! I’ve never tried them before.
