I start this post with an apology. These swatches from OPI Infinite Shine Summer 2016 are coming to you about 3 months late. BUT – despite them being a summer collection, a good neutral is ALWAYS in fashion so I wanted to show them to you nonetheless.
Inspired by the blushes, beiges and pinks from fashion, OPI brings the same muted cool perfection to nails in six limited-edition Infinite Shine No Light-Gel-Lacquer shades.
Infinite Shine, a professional, 3-step system, offers the high shine and long wear of a gel manicure with the ease of application and removal of nail polish. Infinite Shine features a simple three-step system;
first, apply Infinite Shine Primer (Step 1), which goes beyond the capabilities of a standard base coat to prime nails for a revolutionary grip on color, while also preventing staining. Next, select your gel-lacquer shade (Step 2) and paint two thin, even coats for richly- pigmented, vivid color. Finish with Infinite Shine Gloss (Step 3), a state-of-the-art gel polymer top coat that cures in natural light. Product is easily removed with standard nail lacquer remover; no soaking is required.

Staying Neutral on This One – A whisper of pink that covers beautifully in 2 coats.
Don’t Ever Stop! This sun-drenched salmon covers in 2 coats.
Can’t Stop Myself is a peachy neutral that will look different depending on skin tone.
No Stopping Zone is a muted neutral tan that covers in 2 coats.
Hurry Up and Wait has a touch of blushed pink to its warm undertone. Covers in 2 coats.
No Strings Attached is an elusive nude that is definitely my favourite in the collection. Covers perfectly in two coats.
Once again, apologies for bringing these to you late, but if anything I hope this post reminds you that it’s so important to have a good neutral in your collection.
