Just because you have short nails, doesn’t mean you can’t have fun with nail art. There are lots of designs that I think actually look better on shorter nails (color blocking, animal print and pin dots to name a few).
Every once in a while, I like to cut my nails off and start again. Just like my hair, or my make-up, it’s nice to change it up sometimes.
Here are a few designs I’ve done since I cut my nails short.

I do that too, sometimes, cut them short – for example, I like black nails more if they’re short, or white for that matter. But let’s say tribal print on a neon base – I like it more on me when my nails are well into a claw state ; )
