Happy Sunday all!
I have lots of exciting things to share with you this week so definitely stay tuned.
I created this french manicure a few months ago for a submission to the bridal issue of NailIt Magazine (to be published in April). I thought it would be an interesting look for a daring and fashion-forward bride-to-be who is looking for something outside of the soft neutrals for her special day (but who is kidding who, I wore this style for a week because I loved it). I had a lot of positive feedback on this, so I thought I would share it with you. I also created a tutorial if you would like to learn how to replicate this look.
For these nails, I used Essie “warm and toasty turtleneck” from their winter collection, Motives Cosmetics’ “wedding dress” and pearl studs purchased from Claire’s.
I started off by painting my nails with the “warm and toasty turtleneck”, and then hand painted the white half moon and french tips with “wedding dress”. Lastly I placed the pearl studs individually around the half moon shape.
For a full tutorial see below:
I hope you enjoyed this look. I have some really gorgeous indies to show you tomorrow so stay tuned!
Until next time,

These look gorgeous, they’re so soft and elegant! I love the combination of french tips and half moons 🙂
Thanks Lucy!
