The prompt of this week’s Nail Art Ideas Linkup is: butterfly nails. I recently got the new OPI Brights Collection (swatches coming soon), and wanted to include some of the pink polishes in my design. Butterfly nails are so popular amongst the nail art community, can you believe I’ve never done them?
Using three new polishes from the OPI Brights collection (left to right: hotter than you pink, can’t hear myself pink! and that berry thought of you), I created a simple, understated pink gradient.
I loved this look so much, I actually wore it on its own for a few days before I added my butterfly nails! (Rings above are from Miuzee Shop)
To create the butterfly nails, I used white and black acrylic paint. I added pinks and needles, a beautiful pink glitter topper from the new OPI Brights collection, on my index, thumb and pinky.
For my first set of butterfly nails, I’m pretty happy! They were actually more difficult to create than they look. It’s hard to create the perfect wing!
Until next time,

I love Can’t Hear Myself Pink. Gonna have to get my hands on it….that is unless it has a dupe that I already have (maybe a Zoya?). And OMGosh that rose is GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!
